Trivia Night Topics on PDF TV

So, looking at a few trivia threads on the PDF TV Show—there’s been this ongoing tug-of-war for a while now. You’ve got one group complaining that the questions are way too hard, and another group that thinks they're being dramatic.

This morning, over in the Code thread, the moderator dropped this notice:

Honestly, I don't get it. Did the mod even bother reading the last two pages of the discussion? It shouldn't be that much work.
The comments aren't even rude or nasty. And from what I can tell, most people here don't actually know each other in real life (at least I don't know anyone); only a handful of people confirmed who they were after their episode aired.

If we're going to shut down every single debate—and again, nobody was insulting anyone here—then what's the point of having a forum?

This response tells me exactly how much a thread notification matters—zero.
So, I’m asking for an unbiased mod or admin to take a look at these posts, or maybe just have Kimberly Bennett94 explain what she's actually getting at.
I’m asking this without being salty or trying to start anything—what exactly justifies handing out warnings in those Code and Pursuit discussions?

As a moderator, you actually owe me an explanation of what exactly warrants a warning and where we supposedly crossed the line into being "impolite."
I’m pretty certain I didn't break any forum rules, which basically means you're dropping the ball on your job. 😉

The warning wasn't aimed at any specific person. The moderator just looked at some deleted posts and figured things might heat up, so she issued a preemptive heads-up to prevent issues before they started.

Don't take it as a personal attack; just see it as a nudge to keep the conversation civil so everyone stays happy.
