My PC is acting up

My computer is absolutely dragging, it’s honestly painful. I’m running a Pentium 3 with just 128 MB of RAM and an 80GB hard drive, all on Windows XP, and I can barely even get Mozilla to launch without everything freezing up.

Time for an upgrade, I guess. What you’ve got is way too outdated to keep up with what's needed these days

The whole thing goes all the way back to the early days of computing—think the ENIAC era...
Basically, a bug is just a glitch in the system, a hiccup where everything stops working right. Legend has it people started using the term because actual bugs—little insects—would get stuck to those hot transistors, causing havoc. Now, we mostly use it when the code itself is just messy or broken.
That’s why you see that "debug" option in almost every programming tool; it's just the way we hunt down the bad code...
