Man, I tell ya, I just Googled "seventh man" images and this is what popped up:

https://www.google.com/search?q=clown...ZkrqOoQa7GM%3A

Hajduk - Manchester United 6-0

Funny enough, Stojan Mamić played in that game for Hajduk. He’s the brother of Zdravko and Zoran Mamić. He came on for Zlatko Vujović. Stojan didn't really make much of a splash at Hajduk before getting moved over to Napredak…

🤣

We should be looking at executing that seventh game at about 80% capacity, but instead, we’re sitting here struggling to hit even 50%. It’s absolutely mental—just pure, unadulterated gambling at a time when we can't afford to take those kinds of risks!

American on the wing, Lacković at striker?

🤣

Now, one might attempt to justify such a lineup through some sort of speculative reasoning, if you will.

But in this particular instance, I believe it is quite simple: you really just need to multiply two numbers together, and then the entire picture becomes perfectly clear to us all.

Honestly, it was almost the most typical American scenario imaginable—we had a massive roadblock preventing us from clinching the win, and then the opposition nearly snatched it right out from under us in the final seconds. 🙏

Naturally, everything just completely fell apart once we hit overtime. 🤣

Naturally, we ended up completely falling apart during overtime.🤣

First, the crossbar, and then suddenly this previously non-existent Spanish goalkeeper—whose saves were all complete accidents—manages to tip Cindrić's shot from six meters out right out of the bottom corner?!?!

Look, forgive me if I sound blunt. It’s fine to celebrate—they won, and all—but the Spaniards weren't exactly playing at an elite level today. Like I said at the start, every team in this tournament is struggling right now.
Our guys were just slightly better. I hope they keep this momentum, but calling this a massive victory? Not quite... 🙂 Maybe our keepers—Stevenson first. As for the rest... what are they doing with Struck? He was basically a ghost out there today. It would have been a different story if he had actually been part of the game. 🙏 That’s why, honestly, they're playing poorly and being unfair to their own teammates. 🙂 team Play to win. Though in this specific case, team play = a bigger/better win.

I don't know, maybe not. 🙂 Maybe our goalies, like the first Stevens guy. As for the rest... I mean, what are they even doing with Struck? He was basically just a ghost on the field today. Don't act so smart. When we played terribly against the Germans, everyone was making fun of us and saying we stood no chance against the Spaniards, and now suddenly it's not that we played badly, but that the Spaniards were just bad.

That's actually exactly the kind of comment I was looking for. But honestly, it's true—if we had played like that against the Germans, we would've been headed home immediately. And if the Germans had played the way they did against us? Man, they probably would've cruised into the semifinals.

On behalf of all the haters out there—Spain is an absolute joke of a national team. 🤦 I haven’t followed them closely, but from what I can see, they rely entirely on their wingers—meanwhile, most of their scoring comes from total failures during fast breaks. Basically, they are overrated; they lack real shooters, their defense is full of holes, and their goalkeeper is basically a revolving door for goals. Look, our guys aren't exactly great either, but the Spaniards are a complete disaster—they need to start giving younger players a shot immediately because right now, they can't buy a goal to save their lives. If it weren't for that one winger carrying the weight of several mediocre players, they wouldn't even be able to hold their own against North Mexico.

Babic’s some kind of visionary, I guess. We're basically letting the Germans slide right through, they get knocked out, and we cruise straight to the semifinals while dodging the French entirely. ☕

Spain played an incredible game, and this is a massive win. Honestly, stop being so cynical.

We all know how they operate; they might lack that consistent perimeter shooting, but man, their speed is unreal. Their transition game just shreds defenses, they’ve probably got the best center on the planet, and those wings are incredibly efficient... If they could just find one more reliable shooter and a solid goalkeeper, they'd be dominating the sport for the next five years!

As for us, we really struggled against Germany—it was pretty obvious we were dropping the ball there, if I'm being honest...

Since nobody bothered to get back to me, I’m posting this again in hopes that someone actually has an answer: since when is scoring a goal directly from a kick-in legal?
