I honestly feel like this French youth squad is just coasting on the safety net provided by their veteran players. I’m convinced that once a few of those old guards retire, they won't be nearly as dominant as they seem right now. Honestly, I think playing on home turf in the States is the only thing keeping them performing at this level.

I was just about to ask where we could talk about today's game. 😬

Haha. 😁 🙂
The Canadians are struggling—really struggling. 😁 They don't even need Omeyer. 😁 And their goalie, poor guy... It doesn't matter that he just saved a penalty; the Frenchman's shot was just weak. 😁
They give the Frenchmen a bit of trouble occasionally, but honestly, they don't stand a chance.

It seems my greatest fear has come to pass. They are simply leaving us an opening on the outside, while we remain completely vulnerable.

I wouldn't go so far as to say you're defenseless; rather, there are just too many technical lapses. Your perimeter defense is moving quite rapidly, and there are some beautifully executed plays worth watching. That middle player is performing exceptionally well.

👎 Why? I guess you have to keep grinding until the whistle blows.

We basically forced them into retirement once that...

I'm not gonna dig for reasons why they lost in the playoffs, but they did a pretty damn good job showing us what would happen if they actually ended up in the Elite Eight.

Gerard 16. defense.

Man, we’re tough as nails, but let’s be real—neither us nor the Norwegians have much to look forward to in the finals if the Frenchmen bring their A-game. Even with a full roster, we'd struggle, so being down 5 or 6 key players? Forget about it.

They’re talking about a rematch right in the middle of France, but I guess my watch might just screw us over if we actually make it to the finals 😁

At the end of the day, the score just shows who had the better quality, but I’m honestly happy with how our 👍
played out.
Feeling optimistic about the semifinals, and obviously, I’ll be rooting for you guys tomorrow 👍

If you aren't scoring from the wings, hitting shots from the perimeter, finding gaps in the six-yard box, and—let’s be honest—showing some actual grit, you aren't going to take down the Frenchmen. It just doesn't work that way. So, let's see if America can actually pull this off and bring home the gold.

It’s pretty obvious everyone wants us in the finals—so we’re gonna have the lady on our side and the refs too ☕

Bass. I had always considered Saracevica to be a serious individual. What kind of dark vengeance is this?

I see a lot of people constantly underestimating Norway. Honestly? Let them. They’re missing out.
