Hey everyone, does anyone actually get how this works? I’m kind of spiraling a little bit here. So, I logged into my Gmail using a friend's laptop, and I’m pretty sure I signed out when I was done. His computer is synced up with his phone and everything, but then I went into my privacy settings and saw three different devices listed under my account activity. It shows my login from my own computer, the exact same timestamp from when I used his laptop, and then—this is the part that's freaking me out—his phone showing as being logged into my account just a minute after I finished! My big question is: is it actually possible that even though I (definitely!) signed out of his laptop, he somehow stayed logged into my account through his phone? Or am I totally misreading what's happening here? Is it something else entirely?

A little while later, I check my gmail privacy settings and see three different devices have accessed my account: the last time I was on his laptop (shows the date), my own login from my computer, and then his login via his phone just a minute ago. So, here's my question: if I definitely signed out of his laptop, is it possible he stayed logged into my account through his phone? Or am I looking at something else entirely?

Unless you really don't care, like, if you're totally fine with that acquaintance having access to your inbox.

Ugh, thanks, I actually just went ahead and set up a whole new password...
