I can't even remember the last time a Ferrari win hyped me up this much, and I definitely don't remember ever being this stoked about a Vettel victory 🙂

Mercedes-Benz basically shot themselves in the foot there, but man, what an absolute masterclass of a drive from Sebastian Vettel.

I was also thinking yesterday about why the Germans were running mediums in Q1 while Ferrari went with Hards.

It seems like Ferrari has finally reached the point where—if they actually want to win on these hot tracks—Mercedes has to step up and perform properly, but honestly, both teams have been pretty messy with their strategy over the last two days.

And interestingly, according to what Ferrari's been saying in their announcements, this is their strongest engine yet. That’s gotta be pretty worrying for the Mercedes crew.

Honestly, Mercedes is still quite a step ahead, even if this is beautiful to witness. Finally, some excitement and a sign of life from Ferrari...
Sebastian Vettel put in a quality drive and played those tires perfectly; you can tell he’s happy at Ferrari. But the real hero of the race was Kimi Raikkonen—hats off to him, what a masterclass!
Ferrari will probably keep giving Mercedes trouble when conditions get extreme and tire wear hits hard, but when it comes to pure pace, Mercedes is still on another level. That's just the reality.
