Honestly, if they had just been sitting on that fresh set of tires, I reckon Hamilton would’ve been pulling a gap over Vettel about as big as the one Vettel had on him, and honestly, who knows if even Rosberg wouldn't have blown past him at that point.
And man, if it wasn't for the SC, everything would’ve played out exactly like the last race.
I really, really want to believe this is some kind of sign that the season is actually going to be interesting, but let's be real, we are still a long, long way from seeing any real drama.

Total bunch of losers acting like someone actually kicked the bucket or something.

Whether it’s Hamilton or Nico Rosberg, honestly, it doesn't even matter which position they end up taking because they aren't even looking at each other anymore. It's a total disconnect. Sebastian Vettel could definitely capitalize on that lack of focus if he plays his cards right.

Sebastian Vettel just can't get himself back on track; his legs have completely given out on him.
He doesn't even know what hit him. Look, there's no question he's a great driver—undeniable—but he was driving for the wrong team. Those guys were absolutely crushing his spirit; his morale was basically in the gutter. Making this move to Ferrari is honestly the smartest thing he's ever done, and I really think this whole situation is going to turn into a winning combination.

It remains utterly baffling to me why Mercedes opted to pit during the SC period, though I suppose such strategic blunders are part of the spectacle. Regardless, it doesn't change the fundamental reality that we are witnessing a genuine heavyweight fight between two powerhouse teams, even if Kimi Raikkonen seems to be having a bit less luck than the rest of us today.

A leader of his caliber is precisely what Ferrari requires; one must constantly strive for excellence, after all. While Ferrari possesses genuine raw speed, they simply need to fine-tune their aerodynamics just a touch more—especially since Mercedes was breathing down their necks through those technical corners. Regardless, we are witnessing the magnificent pairing of Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari🙏 🙏 🙏
