Best laptop under $450 with an SSD?

Hey everyone, I’m on the hunt for a laptop that’s rocking an SSD and comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows
I don't really care about having massive RAM or a beefy graphics card, honestly; my main priority is pure, unadulterated speed—especially since I spend half my life nuking and reinstalling Microsoft Windows over and over again..

It's got a decent i3 processor. But you'll have to choose: either skip the SSD or ditch the macOS. Even the cheapest laptops with an i5 are already pushing $3,000, and that's without an SSD or macOS included...
