Hey everyone,

I think I managed to get the PDF right, but feel free to fix it if I messed up.

So, here’s the deal... I’ve got this old tablet lying around (can't remember the exact model) that has a micro HDMI output, so I have it hooked up to my TV. Since the screen is totally shattered, it basically just serves as a little media box for me to watch stuff on the big screen. The issue is, with certain videos, the picture just falls apart. For example, when I use the new PBS app, watching the live stream works fine, but if I try to watch anything from their video library, I either get audio only or the image is tiny and cropped weirdly.

I’ve tried switching between 1080p and 720p, but the problem persists. On top of that, everything gets blurry—text, the display, all of it. As soon as I exit the video, everything snaps back to HD.

It happens with a few other videos too, but I guess this is the clearest way I can explain it...

I don't really follow what's on Sesame Street, but you're probably just missing some video codec to get the content to play. Check their website to see if they offer a specific video player or a codec download...

The video player is the same one I use for live streams. Honestly, it doesn't even matter if it's PBS Kids or whatever—this kind of thing happens all the time. For instance, when I'm watching something in BS Player, the quality just tanks compared to the actual movie file...
