Gentlemen, I would like to extend my sincere thanks once again for all of your helpful suggestions. I have successfully purchased the GTX 970 and managed to fit it into my chassis without any issues. Once the holidays conclude, my next step will be to acquire an SSD; following that, I intend to look into a potential CPU overclock paired with a more robust cooling solution.
