Best movies and shows of 2015?

Hey,
I've got some downtime over the holidays, so I'm looking to catch up on some watching.
Any recommendations from you guys? Maybe some series or movies I might have missed that you really enjoyed.
I'm mostly leaning toward indie stuff. I love sci-fi, mind-bending plots, solid sitcoms, and comedies. For instance, I liked Square, Triangle, Exam, and Coherence. I'm down for pretty much anything except gangster flicks or romances.
I usually see the big blockbusters in theaters,
and for TV, I've only really watched The Big Bang Theory, so I definitely need to catch up here. Especially good sci-fi (I even translated the 12 Monkeys series, and I'm into Hannibal).

Man, *Narcos* is such a powerhouse—it’s already scooped up two major awards. It’s a killer show, honestly, gives a pretty gritty, realistic look at Al Capone. And *Wayward Pines*? Even though they totally botched the ending, it’s still a solid sci-fi ride despite being just one season...

Already watched Kung Fu Hustle, absolute madness!

A lot of people have been recommending Twin Peaks season 2, so I'll definitely have to check that out.
