I’ve got a bit of a situation... the screen on my mini laptop cracked, and I’m hitting a wall trying to find a replacement that actually fits my specific model. I’m a woman—so, tech isn't exactly my forte—and I’m feeling a little lost here. Does anyone have a moment to help me out with a few questions? 😢

Just drop the exact model number here. That way, you can hunt for it on eBay if you find someone willing to do the repair for you.

Or just ask around here:

You can have the exact same model but with different graphics cards or screen resolutions. You really need the full model number and that secondary identifier to be sure. Any idea what your resolution was?

edit:

If you’re talking about that standard one from Visa, it should be an 11.6" with 1366x768 resolution, which means this might be the screen you need:

I say might, because it also depends on whether it uses LED or CCFL backlighting—honestly, you're probably better off just asking a repair shop...

Better to ask than to end up buying the wrong part.

Alright, there you go. The screen is an 11.6" with 1366x768 resolution and features LED backlighting. If you're hunting on eBay, just make sure you're looking for LED backlit models—avoid the CCFL ones, they won't work for you.

There might also be an issue with the connector, based on that eBay link I sent, but honestly, there's no way to know for sure without cracking the thing open...
