Leclerc is simply being incredibly cautious with how he warms up his tires.
He knows he has the race pace. Why push the rubber now when he needs to manage them until the finish line?

I mean, sure, go ahead and swap tires every single lap if you want, but what's the point when the Ferrari is clearly superior? They’re running at least a full second faster per lap. It feels like Ferrari built this entire car specifically to lock down the championship this year...
