Greetings. I have been dealing with a persistent issue with my PC since this morning. I am getting absolutely no display on my monitor. Instead, I am just seeing the occasional Blue Screen of Death flickering in various colors. I have already attempted to reset the CMOS and reseated the RAM, yet the problem remains unresolved. I am quite certain the monitor itself is functioning correctly. My current specifications are as follows:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX series
AMD APU A4 3.7GHz Dual-core
1x4GB RAM
At this stage, I am at a loss as to what might be causing this. There are no unusual noises coming from the power supply, and neither the GPU nor the CPU appears to be overheating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.😵

I already tried resetting the CMOS and reseating the RAM, but still nothing. I'm positive it isn't the monitor. Here are the specs:
Intel Core i7
AMD APU A4 3.7gHz Dual-core
1x4GB RAM
I honestly have no clue what's going on. Power supply sounds fine, and neither the GPU nor the CPU are overheating. Any help would be appreciated.😵

So you're saying the BIOS loads, but then it crashes once macOS starts loading and you hit a Blue Screen of Death?

Try tapping F8 before the OS boots to get into Safe Mode and see if it runs okay then.

Before attempting a standard boot, try hitting F8 to enter Safe Mode; see if the system behaves itself under those conditions.

Sometimes it manages to initiate the OS startup before hitting a Blue Screen of Death, but more often than not, the machine powers up only to leave me staring at a blank monitor. I will give the Safe Mode approach a shot, though.

If things don't pan out while you're in Safe Mode, maybe try borrowing a different graphics card from someone? It might be worth seeing if the same issue pops up—it's probably the easiest way to figure out if the card itself is the culprit.

It feels like the GPU is the culprit here. As soon as the macOS startup screen appears, two red lines pop up on the side and then—nothing. Everything freezes, followed immediately by a Blue Screen of Death. I've dealt with similar hiccups before, but this time I'm stuck. I have no idea how to troubleshoot my way out of this one. The thermal paste is fresh, the card has been thoroughly cleaned, and unfortunately, I don't have a spare GPU to test with. Does anyone have a solution?

Does it still act up even if you boot into Safe Mode?

You've got an APU, from what I can tell. It’s basically got its own graphics built-in, so just pull that external card out and see what happens...

It’s like this: I tried booting up using just the integrated graphics. I actually managed to get the computer running once. However, after running a scan, it turned out the system was absolutely crawling with viruses. I had to reboot, which brought me right back to square one. It seems quite obvious that I'll need to purchase a new graphics card.🤦
And no, it doesn't work in Safe Mode.

Well, we knocked out one issue, but the next one basically requires nuking the entire system partition. I’m talking a full format and a clean reinstall of macOS. Then we'll see if anything actually works...
