Hey there.

Lately, I’ve been getting this weird sensation in my legs once evening rolls around... like a constant tingling or just some dull muscle ache right in the front of my shins and near the knee. It isn't exactly "I need an ER visit" pain, more like just a nagging, annoying discomfort.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Is it just me, or is nobody saying anything??

It’s possible you’re running low on magnesium or maybe folic acid—it could be anything from stress to poor circulation. Try supplementing with some magnesium and folic acid (Vitamin B9) for a bit and see if things improve. But seriously, go see a doctor.

Go see your primary care physician and ask for a referral to a neurologist. Or, you could just book an appointment with a private specialist. It doesn't necessarily mean anything serious; it could just be a spinal issue, in which case adding swimming or some stretching routines like Pilates or yoga might help.
That said, it could also be MS, which is something I truly hope isn't the case.
Bottom line: if you aren't active, it's probably time to start moving.😉 Good luck.

First thing you should try is grabbing some magnesium and a solid B-complex vitamin supplement.
If you aren't feeling any better after three or four days—and honestly, if you aren't seeing *some* kind of shift by then—that’s when you really need to think about scheduling an appointment with your doctor.

You got it, Doc!
It could be neuropathy, especially since she’s feeling that tingling sensation. But you definitely need to check in with a specialist.
