Hey there!

About a week ago, I started feeling this weird tightness right around my right collarbone and the side of my neck. It’s not actually painful, per se—it’s more of a pressurized sensation. You know that feeling in your ankle when it feels stuck, so you rotate it until it finally pops and gives you instant relief? Well, I’m looking for that "pop," but it just won't happen. Since I spend my entire workday sitting at a desk, I’ve been trying to massage the area to loosen things up, and that's when I felt it: there’s this little bump right at the end of the bone near my shoulder, almost like a protrusion on the bone itself. I went to see my doctor, and she mentioned it doesn't look like a swollen lymph node, but she wants me to get some imaging done to see exactly what we're dealing with before potentially heading over to a physical therapist. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? I'd love to hear if you have any insight into what this might be or if you found any way to get rid of that constant sense of pressure.🤔

So, I was feeling around yesterday and stumbled upon this little lump—about the size of a hazelnut, really—right on my collarbone, right where it meets the breastbone. It feels hard, totally stationary, and honestly, it doesn't hurt at all when I touch it. Since there isn't anything similar on the other side, I’m pretty sure it isn't just some weird quirk of my anatomy. Should I be calling my doctor immediately to get this checked out, or is it okay to wait a few days to see if it just decides to vanish on its own?
