Mic and webcam not working on Dell Latitude

My laptop isn't picking up the built-in camera or the mic. I have no clue what's going on here, since the drivers are already installed. Running Windows 7.

I have a strong feeling we might be looking at a faulty driver here, so why not try rolling back to an older version and see if that stabilizes things? Alternatively, if you’ve had the thing open recently, could it be that the connector didn't quite snap into place perfectly when you were putting it all back together?
