Just grab a decent cooler, and you can get it done for under $33, problem solved. Of course, if you’ve been stretching your budget thin lately—which I can tell from your posts—and you're fighting for every dollar just to make ends meet, you might have to stick with the stock cooler. It'll hold up, technically speaking. But the moment that CPU hits a heavy load, especially with turbo technology enabled, it’s going to be loud (spinning north of 3000 RPM, even at idle) and temps might hit 60°C—likely higher during sustained loads like rendering, stress tests, or even gaming
So, if you decide to stay on the stock cooler, disabling turbo might help a little (nothing groundbreaking), and you should definitely look into undervolting; there is plenty of headroom there. That’ll help bring those processor temperatures down
Then just pick up a better cooler later on
