After today's news, I don't even have the energy to bother trying to grab a ticket. Not that I’d actually get one anyway—either because I'm tied up in legal battles over those messed-up seating sections and the Cup final, or simply because I was in Indianapolis.
What's the point of even showing up to the stadium? It's obvious they won't have any real core supporters in the North section this Thursday; we'll be missing way too many people. Once Ruzma is gone, it’s all just going to be the West stands. Before Thursday rolls around, they need to either flood the sports media with noise or finally hold a decent press conference.

Scott Jones9 said:They definitely need to file a lawsuit. They’re claiming people were banned for "unlawful conduct," citing things like chanting at the refs, flares, or broken seats. Chanting at the officials isn't illegal—why even try to prove that when a whole crowd was let go without issue? (The sheriff and security cleared everyone). As for the flares or the chair, those are individual issues, not a group crime.

What kind of section are we talking about? We should head down to City Hall and set up camp right outside the Governor's house instead. How long are we going to keep showing up to games where nobody gives a damn about us? Let's just go to the capital and ask them how much longer they plan on protecting these mobsters and passing laws just to suit them.

Come on now, everyone, let’s dial back the intensity a bit. All in all, 🍿we have a bright Thursday ahead of us

I’m with you, Patrick Sullivan84. This has to be the next move, no question about it. It’s mandatory.
The whole "heading West" thing was more of a metaphor. We just need to prove we actually exist and that we aren't going anywhere.

To be honest, I never liked the idea of heading back to that pathetic little camp they set up on our home turf. It felt too staged to be real. A decent turnout, sure, but the security check by the north entrance wasn't nearly what we saw on the east side... The only silver lining was getting out of there and regrouping for the guys.

It’s always the same old song and dance, isn't it? Everyone is suddenly all in until things actually get difficult. Then, predictably, the crowd thins out, leaving almost nobody left to step up. And once the dust settles? Well, then comes the endless parade of excuses.

I mean, if we want real action, we should be heading down to City Hall or perhaps setting up camp right outside the Governor's mansion. How much longer are we going to keep shouting into the void toward the West Coast, where nobody seems to be listening to us anyway? We ought to be standing on the steps of the local capitol, demanding answers as to why our leaders continue to protect these organized crime syndicates and draft legislation that serves nothing but their interests.

Ben, I’m sitting here reading this same call to action you've posted about five times already... honestly, do I really have to break this down for you? How is that one-off thing between the Bad Boys and the Ultras still being framed as some massive betrayal to this day? And let's be real, even among the Bad Boys—whether they're the young kids or the old guard—there are plenty of guys who just aren't interested in putting on a public circus, and they sure as hell aren't going to swallow any nonsense about "betrayal" or "inviting the mortal enemy into the stands."
Look, we live where we live, and NOBODY, not a single social group in America, is immune to the local mindset. It’s good that there are people out there who are at least slightly less broken than the rest, but man, I honestly don't know what we're even aiming for by chasing gold through such a tiny little crumb of hope...

Can we please stop obsessing over headcount? We had twenty veterans at the rally and they've been the main topic of conversation for weeks. It’s not about how many people show up; it’s about making actual moves. We can't just keep protesting outside some mobster's office indefinitely. He isn't the law, and he didn't just decide this on his own—the government is responsible here.

We could protest at an inspection office one day, hit Times Square the next, go to City Hall the third, or even set up camp in front of certain houses on the fourth. Let’s actually take action instead of just whining constantly. We need to stay on them until they give us our club back. As for us? What are we supposed to do? Who cares if we just stand around protesting?

Look, if a few hundred of us actually start pushing for real change and stay persistent, maybe something will come of it—something like a single unit or whatever. If we act smart and stay consistent without all the nonsense, we might win people over. Then, regular citizens might actually join us. Enough bowing down to the mobsters who run things right under the stadium. This is our country too, and we have every right to demand meetings with the Secretary or the President and push for legal changes.

So what's the plan? We definitely need to step it up. He couldn't care less about people screaming out in the streets!

By the way, CNN is rolling up with cameras at 4 PM near the Ticketmaster outlet. They're going to be filming and hunting for quotes from anyone the Yankees won't let buy tickets!

Jesse Campbell said:Look, seriously people, what the hell is wrong with you? Illegal conduct has to be determined by a court, not some random calls from Sanda Mamić and Vedran Attias.

Exactly. Because if we go down that road, there’s no point having courts or even actual legal sanctions on the books if some private clubs can just hand them out whenever they feel like it. It’s just one of those nonsensical rules that basically spits in the face of the entire legal system, making institutions like our actual courts completely irrelevant. Honestly, you can't even interpret it the way the New York Yankees are trying to. "Misconduct" should only refer to things already sanctioned by the proper authorities—things that are clearly laid out in the law, period. There aren't any other "arbitrary" illegalities. Anything else just turns the whole law into a joke.
It's an open-and-shut case for a lawyer.

Whether it’s pyrotechnics or verbal jabs from the stands, this kind of intensity is just part of the fan experience worldwide—what some call a "spectacular atmosphere" and others label "chaos." It all depends on how you look at it.

Even if we're talking about breaking the rules here, who actually handed down a ruling?
It’s not like the New York Yankees have the authority to decide who gets to play and who doesn't.

Just look around. NOBODY, not a single group in America, is immune to the American mindset. It’s good we have people with fewer flaws, but honestly, I don't know what the point is in chasing gold when we can barely manage the basics...

Yeah, I need an explanation because under these circumstances, I just don't get it.

Whatever, sucks that things are this way. I'm out.

BenĆ, look, I’m just saying what I notice or what I read, alright? It's not like I'm some kind of ultimate authority or anything, and hey, maybe I'm totally off base. Honestly, if everyone just went about their business without making a huge deal out of everything, we wouldn't have these issues—it would never be a problem unless people start acting all high and mighty, like, "hey man, why aren't you doing more of this?" But that's just how it goes. We're living in these crappy times, and the whole mess surrounding the New York Yankees has basically just stripped away the mask, exposing the absolute worst, most passive side of people, and that's just the reality of it now. Still, somehow, the whole thing keeps rolling along regardless.

Returning to the stadium right after that shooting incident just didn't sit right with me; we didn't gain anything special from it, but hey, I guess it was obvious this would turn into a mess. Now we’re stuck dealing with total chaos because they keep calling for massive crowds over and over again, only for everything to blow up in their faces—it’s honestly both ridiculous and pathetic.
And screw the West, too; maybe they'll finally realize that you actually have to put pressure on these institutions, and if that means veterans need to be out there standing their ground without backing down, then that's exactly what needs to happen!

What if someone actually literate drafted a formal petition for the court in Washington, D.C., and then we just blast it out in English, German, and French?
This isn't going to be fixed overnight...
And every single one of those 200 club members, the 7 journalists, dozens of politicians, those self-proclaimed club "legends," and all the traitors? They’re going straight to hell, guaranteed.

We need to turn up the heat on the political establishment, because they’re the ones keeping this whole mess afloat. Honestly, someone should just hire a top-tier lawyer and take the New York Yankees to court over those blacklists and shady lists they cook up whenever they feel like it. It’s a blatant violation of our basic democratic rights and human liberties.

The way things work here, we’re governed by a bunch of political parties masquerading as a democracy, which means we really have to squeeze them. We need to push back against those representatives in D.C., too. I’m talking about being more aggressive, even if we’re doing it through peaceful channels.

And for heaven's sake, don't turn down those media appearances. If you skip the interviews, you're just letting the narrative spin out of control without any pushback.

It’s honestly terrifying what kind of country we live in right now.

To be perfectly honest, I find most people in this country even more repulsive than Mamic. There are so many sycophants just feeding his ego. And then there are the folks who still stand behind guys like Bandic or Kerum—criminals who built their fortunes directly off our backs. Actually... I'd better just stop typing before I get carried away.

That's pretty much the gist of it.

People get targeted, their rights are trampled, and they're banned from the stadium just for daring to call out a bigot for being a bigot. Anyone with half a brain can see that, but during this transition from talking to actually doing something—even if it's just walking to a protest—the average American tends to freeze up. Most of them just end up hitting a "like" button on Facebook... 🙏

No, we can't just back down on our home turf. Everyone who’s got even a shred of backbone needs to show up and get behind the team.
Besides, those fan lists they try to push at other stadiums? They don't mean a damn thing out here.
