My fan finally gave up the ghost today, so I suppose the time has come to swap it out.

ORIGIGI, I'm having a bit of trouble locating 😁

What one does in such a predicament? πŸ™‚

How would I go about the installation if I were to purchase http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/prod...uct_id=2943
this particular model, and could someone perhaps explain the process of wiring itβ€”you know, connecting the leads and all that? 😁 And how does one handle speed regulation? 😁

The previous unit in my machine was a San Francisco 80.

Which one should I ultimately settle on... ??

Which fan died on you, was it one on the case? How was it plugged in and where?

It seems there is only one fan doing all the heavy lifting for the cooling system here,
Take a look at how this computer looks,

You’re going to need an 80 mm fanβ€”but listen, you actually need to measure how thick your current one is first. Sanyo Denk has been pumping out San Acca fans ranging anywhere from 20 to 38 mm in thickness. Usually, 25 mm is the go-to standard, so just double-check if something like that will even fit inside your case without a fight.
