Look, I have no interest in wasting my breath on the Commissioner or the rest of the suits at the US Soccer Federation; all I know is that for several years now, I've been deeply concerned about our league and the state of American soccer in general.

It was a blast. Regardless of how things went after the game, honestly, anywhere feels good when you aren't being treated like some kind of war criminal after leaving Yankee Stadium.

That’s the issue with how the Boss handles crackdowns—if people get used to the heavy hand, it eventually blows up in his face.

Too bad a few guys stayed behind in the Appalachian Mountains because the Boss handed out all the tickets to his own crew. Whatever. On to the next. We've got a weekend ahead. Concerts, games, tournaments—let's go!!!

you really gotta wonder about certain things when an owner starts preaching about how everything is "clean" and above board right after losing the championship—makes you question what's actually going on behind the scenes... idk... just feels off.

Honestly, it’s just how things are, and that's the plain truth... it's easier for me to get to San Francisco than it is to reach the East Stand at that concentration camp they call Yankee Stadium (and then the moralists act all shocked when they hear about 🥳 "DOM-ready"... as if they care about integrity... they compare the stands to Nazi Korea, yet they're doing something even worse than this ))

By the way—because you guys are busy bickering over the Boss and Stimac—the Boss doesn't even belong in the same sentence as Stimac given his actual influence... so what are we even talking about? That's his peak. Now, what I'm actually wishing for is that someone, maybe a rogue veteran who isn't working himself to death for parasites, would just take him out... or perhaps my preferred solution is for him to sell everything he owns and disappear to the Solomon Island...

It wasn't even that big of a deal being held back after the game—it’s happened before and it’ll happen again. I honestly feel for the group of fans who were told there were no tickets left, and then ended up stuck until midnight just for their own safety after traveling all the way to San Francisco, not to mention the crews out by the Appalachian Mountains. And if you look at the stands near us, there were 24 or so "die-hard" Real Madrid fans just hanging around. Doesn't matter, though; the concert is still happening, and our next moves and plans are already set. We shouldn't be surprised by this stuff; instead, we need to raise our standards and make sure everyone in the squad knows exactly what the plan is. Real Madrid from the Mississippi 🙂

It’s such a relief to get out of Chicago for a bit. No cops breathing down your neck, plenty of beer, just good vibes, and the crowd on the stands is top-tier. With about 500 people like this, we could probably head straight to New York City tomorrow.
