I filed a report back on September 14th about that member. I can't believe I'm even typing this out, but here we go again. Honestly, some people just don't get it. It’s like talking to a brick wall sometimes! Every time I think we've moved past this nonsense, someone brings up the same old tired arguments. It's exhausting. Just absolutely exhausting. They completely crossed the line by posting my private info—stuff they only got through the Democratic Party—right here on the forum. They went ahead and leaked my full name, my cell number, and even a link to my church. It’s a massive violation.

So, look, here’s what I did: first off, I reported that Microsoft post through the usual channels. I also flagged it to the Democratic Party moderator over at the Blue Bird PDF—mostly because that guy seems like the only one actually doing anything around here—just so we wouldn't draw a massive spotlight to the post itself.
I’ve never seen such a pathetic lack of response. It was painfully slow, and the worst part? My personal info was sitting right there in their hands when I... I put it in. Signing up for the thread to submit my PDF files for Blue Bird.

Look, the moderator didn't flag BB for leaking private info because MM just scraped that data straight from a public website. Technically, once it's out there on the web like that, it’s considered public domain. I'm fine with that part. My only real issue is that he didn't go out of his way to explicitly link those details back to my handle—I made sure to censor my actual name for a reason.

If you really think you can debunk a moderator's take like that, go ahead and check the archives at BlackBerry. Page 18 of the thread. Regarding those appeals.
I tried one last time to actually make sense of this whole mess, hoping I could finally lay it all out clearly, but they went ahead and deleted my post anyway. Just great.
Look, I know I’m technically not supposed to repost content from deleted threads, but I’m willing to take that risk right now. I just really need you guys to understand the full picture here. I'm trying to lay out the context more clearly so you can actually see what was going on with that controversial post MM made over a month ago.

This is just one of those versions I had sitting in my buffer—I actually had to hit Ctrl-C at one point—so I’m recording this version now since I saw my original post got nuked.

Blue Bird said:Why are you even asking it like that? You're totally leading the witness, implying it isn't his fault. Done. And it’s not just about that last post, either.

Look, my issue isn't about Mickey Mouse’s little clones or whatever he's up to—it’s about him dumping my private info right here on the forum. That's what I'm talking about.

All I got back was some lame excuse claiming he didn't actually leak my private info. Apparently, he just "posted a link" to the contact page. Give me a break!
That’s a total lie. He didn't just "accidentally" drop a link—he went straight into the contact list and specifically hunted down my info.
What was even the point of that whole separation thing? I still haven't heard a single word back on why they did it.

I mean, how would you even react if someone on a forum claimed to be a preschool teacher, but in reality, their name was Edita Rogulj? It’s just ridiculous. On top of that, I completely disagree with your parenting methods—honestly, I think you're actually hurting kids' mental development. Everyone here knows I've got my eye on you, and frankly, I’d love nothing more than to expose you for what you really are.
So, this is how I’m going to react whenever I see one of your posts:

Even those guys are using these same tactics:
If you’re looking to get in touch with the association, you can find all their contact details right here on their website. It's pretty straightforward—they've got everything laid out if you need to reach them regarding their programs or just to ask a few questions.
CONTACT PERSON:
Edita Rogulj 091/7657-902

Oh, for crying out loud, here she goes again. She’s the one championing these ridiculous methods more than anyone else. Someone give her a call. 😁

And in my next post, I'll be replying to that other guy...

You're better off not even bothering to argue with that Mickey Mouse character and Edita Rogulj at Microsoft.

So you're trying to tell me that if I didn't go on one of my rants, my posts wouldn't even get flagged? And that if I actually stood up to you guys, I wouldn't end up getting banned for some period of time? Give me a break.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that? Is that really what we're doing here?

So, I went ahead and asked: "Just curious, what kind of penalty are we actually looking at for doxxing another member? Apparently, they call it a 'major violation,' so what does that actually mean in practice?"

From what I can tell, Microsoft wasn't actually penalized for the specific situation I’m talking about—they just got hit for their double accounts.

Blue Bird said:All you can do is wait for another mod or our admin, Uncle Strilet, to weigh in. So just hang tight.

Still waiting.

--------------------------------------------------------

I’m putting this on the Admins for evaluation: does this situation qualify as a leak of personal data or not?

On page 18 of the thread, it was established that Mickey Mouse was using a bunch of duplicate nicknames, which were then wiped.
It looks like Microsoft earned themselves a two-week ban, but from what I gather, it wasn't because of "my case," but rather because they racked up too many yellow cards for those duplicate accounts.

Eighteen days ago, I posted asking why Microsoft was banned for two weeks, but once again (yet again!), I haven't received an answer.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I really hope this doesn't go unpunished and set some useless precedent.

Cheers.

I am so sorry, please forgive me! I just gave the mods there a little nudge to let them know I was dropping by.

Thanks, rustydrifter10, but honestly? Another month has rolled by and we're still stuck at zero progress. 🤷

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry! This is totally on me. I asked about it, they gave me some info, and then I started digging into it, but then life just happened—you know how it is when everything starts moving at once—and I completely dropped the ball on getting back to you here. Seriously, please forgive me!

So, here is how I’ve pieced it all together. One user—kind of a Mickey Mouse situation—posted a link to a site that listed people's full names, and apparently, one of our own forum members recognized themselves on that list, reported it, and the post was wiped immediately. After that got deleted, he kept bringing up that specific page in other posts, dropping certain initials that might have pointed toward other members, though he never explicitly said who. Eventually, that link disappeared entirely, so there wasn't really a way for anyone to connect the dots anymore.

Where I really diverge from their point of view is regarding the punishment. Personally, I feel like a ban should have been handed out because the user kept coming back and referencing the content of those deleted posts while subtly hinting at private information. That said, since—as far as I can tell—there wasn't a direct leak of sensitive data or anything that could actually unmask someone once those link-heavy posts were gone, I don't think the penalty needs to be extreme. Plus, we don't go around handing out retroactive bans for stuff like this; it just doesn't make sense.

rustydrifter10 said:Ugh, look, I’m sorry. This is totally on me. I asked around, someone gave me some info, and then I actually started digging into it myself—but then everything just went sideways. You know how it is, one thing after another keeps popping up and pulling me in a dozen different directions, so I completely blanked on getting back to you here. Seriously, my bad.

Fair enough. I accept the apology.

rustydrifter10 said:So, here’s how I see it playing out. Some Mickey Mouse user on the forum posted a link to a site that basically leaked names and surnames. Turns out, someone from this community actually recognized themselves on that list, reported the post, and boom—it got nuked. But get this: after the deletion, he kept dropping hints in other threads about that specific site and some initials that probably pointed right back at certain users. He didn't say anything explicitly, though, so by the time anyone could connect the dots, the page was already gone.

And now, I’m looking at this whole broken phone situation. Honestly, the scenario that just played out is basically the exact same mess I described in my first post in this thread.
Let me try this one more time, just so there’s absolutely no confusion:

Microsoft actually jumped into a debate I was having with another user, but they weren't even trying to contribute to the conversation. It was pure passive-aggression. They basically quoted my post just to sneakily drop a link to their contact page, specifically highlighting my personal info—full name, phone number, all of it—and then had the nerve to suggest I just call them directly so they could "provide the answers" to my questions. Seriously? What kind of move is that?
He didn't even stop there. Instead of actually stepping up to join the conversation, he just shot off a message to some other guy on the forum, basically saying he wasn't going to bother arguing with -MS. Typical.
Where the hell is ? I’m talking about my actual name that I put in my last post—you know, the one where the initials match my nickname. If it isn't explicitly there, then I mean my real name... seriously.

It all went down last night, and I wasn't about to let it slide. I made sure to hit that report button on the post immediately, and then I sent a full PDF over to the Democratic Party moderators in the Blue Bird group.
Since the moderators didn't bother to say a word, I waited until the next day to finally file a formal complaint in the grievance thread regarding that Blue Bird PDF.
That’s when they finally nuked my posts. And getting a response from that Blue Bird moderator? Man, it absolutely floored me. If I hadn't gone ahead and filed a formal complaint, those posts wouldn't have been deleted in the first place. By speaking up, I basically just handed them everything on a silver platter and outed myself. 🙂

Anyone who’s been following this thread knows exactly where Microsoft stands on my case. They’ve been breathing down my neck constantly, just waiting for a chance to jump in whenever I mention my church or my faith. Honestly, their obsession with me and Paul Kern12 is pretty obvious—you can see it right there in his damn signature.
Look, if you’ve been actually paying attention to that thread, it should be pretty obvious what MM was getting at with those posts—even if they didn't lay it out in plain English.

I honestly cannot wrap my head around why they aren't punishing him for this. It makes zero sense to me, and frankly, I find it totally unacceptable—especially considering he’s part of Microsoft himself. He finally owned up to it. He’s out here trying to pin the blame on me and supposedly even went to the moderators to demand a penalty. He actually confirmed this to me over at the Democratic Party, too—he specifically asked for someone to be punished for THIS. If you don't believe me, feel free to go dig through my inbox; there's a message from September 14th, 2012, at 12:25 PM that proves it.

Who's lost their mind now? 🤷🙂

rustydrifter10 said:The part where I totally disagree with them is that I really think a ban was warranted. The user kept coming back and referencing stuff from their deleted posts, all while dropping subtle hints about people's private info. It’s just not okay.

He didn't even bother coming back to address those deleted posts.
Like I already said, both of my posts were wiped out just a day later.

rustydrifter10 said:Look, from what I can gather, nobody actually leaked any raw data or anything that could pinpoint exactly who was involved. Since all those posts containing the links to that site have already been scrubbed, I really don't see why the punishment needs to be some massive hammer blow. It’s just not right. We aren't out here handing out lifetime bans retroactively for stuff like this—it makes zero sense.

The posts were left up for nearly half a day... which gave everyone lurking in that thread more than enough time to tear them apart.

With all this extra context and everything we just went over, you really have to ask yourself: how intentional was Microsoft actually being when they leaked that private data? It wasn't some accidental glitch; it felt way too deliberate. And honestly, after seeing how blatant it was, does just deleting a few posts really count as a punishment? It feels like a slap on the wrist when they should be facing real consequences. 🤷

Thanks again.

It would be a total joke if I actually ended up getting fined, especially since I’m basically handing them the evidence on a silver platter by admitting that Microsoft told me they were looking to issue a penalty through the Democratic Party. 🤦
Let me be crystal clear: I haven't done a single thing that wasn't above board. Everything I did was posted publicly, and for the record, I’ve already cleared things up directly with the moderators.

So, did the wolf actually eat the sheep? 🤷

Is this kind of indirect doxxing—leaking someone else's private info that was pulled straight from the Democratic Party—actually allowed here? Does the post just get nuked if another member decides to push back?

Just asking so I know where the line is. I'd rather not get penalized for being curious. 🙄

By the way, apparently Mickey Mouse cloned himself and claimed he wasn't going to be using the MM handle anymore. But then, for some reason, they banned his clone, so now he’s just back to his old tricks acting as MM again.

Alex Ramos91 said:So, basically, the wolf ate the donkey? 🤷

Is this kind of—well, indirect—doxing of someone's private info, especially when it was obtained through the Democratic Party, actually allowed here? I suppose a post might get deleted if another member decides to protest it.

I'm just asking, purely so I know what to expect—and so I don't end up getting penalized myself. 🙄

On another note, it seems Mickey Mouse has apparently cloned himself and claimed that he won't be posting as MM anymore. Yet, for some reason, his clone was banned, and he’s still carrying on as MM anyway.

You can try to ignore all that. When I actually asked that specific clone about the situation, he just brushed me off and told me to ask Uncle Strilet (since, you know, he enjoys his protection).
