Since I’m pretty sure the moderation team is out to get me, I wanted to run something by you guys—did I really deserve that penalty Aunt Elsa slapped on me? It cost me 35 points, which was basically a one-way ticket to being banned.

The quote in question is...

"What's your problem with the facts?
And yeah, it's absolutely relevant to this administration since they're just the successors to a criminal organization."

Thanks,

I mean, look, if you were actually sitting down in some heated debate and trying to argue whether they should be labeled an evil organization, fine, that’s one thing. But just dropping that claim over and over again in the same thread without providing a single shred of actual evidence? Yeah, I guess that's probably the biggest reason for the ban, so in my opinion, it was totally justified.

But seriously, what even counts as "arguments"?
A person (or a whole group, really) has their own opinion
and they should absolutely have the right to voice it freely (especially in a democracy like ours).

Now, I'm not trying to come for the mods here,
but the owner really needs to overhaul the rulebook. They need to make sure everything is actually aligned with the Constitution.

So, here’s how the whole debate went down:

Then Kyle Reese jumps in with this response:

And I finally weighed in with my two cents right here:
