I just finished downloading some footage because I missed everything after the live finish, and honestly, what on earth happened at Placid? Why was he conducting interviews right there on the podium? My recording cuts off right at that point, so I'm wondering if there was anything else broadcast following the official press conference.

It’s actually been three races now without an "official" post-race presser...

Man, you clearly didn't even watch two races before the US Embassy Canada one.πŸ™‚

Sarcasm, cynicism, whatever you want to call it.

The striking thing is that the race was actually decentβ€”proper F1 before all this nonsense with the "assistance" rules... but, damn it, there’s always a catch. I missed the actual fighting on track. I missed the hairpins, the heavy braking, and the chaos of cars pushing each other to the limit.

I’ll admit it: I’ve grown accustomed to the sanitized version they're serving us this year. It's embarrassing to say out loud.

And honestly, you just need someone like Maldonado on the grid to keep things interesting.

Fernando is absolutely killing it πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
I mean, I honestly didn't think he'd pull off 5th place, but then again, he had that McLaren car backing him upβ€”which, let’s be real, totally screwed over Button 😁

The Button Lotus crew πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™, man, they were great too, just such a shame since this was at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway; if we were at any other track, they would've been looking at a 1-2 finish for sure

And Massa actually grabbing some points πŸ™

I guess 😬Hamilton was driving like he was walking on eggshells during that second stint.

He’d hit those 31.0/1-31:9 marks in the first two sectors, then maybe drop to a 30:8-31:4 on the in-lap before the second pit stop. πŸ™‚
