Of course it hit... man, you know how it goes when the bookies set those lines for at least 5 parlays.... 🙂

Just hit a 10.5 NY line at Stanley's regardless of how the MVP is looking, but man, the authorization limits on a relatively low stake? Seriously, what kind of bottom-tier sportsbook is this?

I’ve got a gut feeling that if I took Evans under 17.5 against Dallas, he’d drop at least 25!😁
The guy is playing out of his mind right now—he dropped 3 on them in the first game, then went off for 17 at home.

You hit the nail on the head there... Evans is my lock for the day... taking the under feels like a total sure thing. 🤷

Singles
Chicago vs. New York Knicks -9.5 (2-way) @ 1.85
7/10

I watched the replay from two days ago where the Knicks pulled off that wild overtime win thanks to Melo absolutely cooking in the clutch. I’m expecting another nail-biter tonight, but I don't really buy the idea of Chicago blowing them out. Rose just got back into the rotation, so he’s probably not quite at that playoff-ready level yet. Deng hasn't been playing great lately, and neither has Rip—he's dealt with enough injuries that he needs some time to find his rhythm again. Like I mentioned before, the Knicks are right in the thick of the playoff hunt, so every single game feels like a postseason matchup for those 7th and 8th seeds in the East. Melo is looking hot, though, and I almost want to take his over, but I think sticking to the spread is safer. I just don't see a blowout coming where the Bulls cover a double-digit spread.

Chris Bosh under 17.5 @ 1.85
6/10

Miami is looking for some revenge against the Celtics today, and I think they’ll get it, but the odds are just too thin for me to touch the moneyline. Bosh hasn't been hitting his numbers lately; he rarely goes over, and the last time he did was basically because nobody else was available. Plus, Dwyane Wade will likely be back in the lineup tonight, which means Bosh is probably going to see fewer shots. It’s also become a bit of a pattern when these two teams meet: KG just tends to bully him in the paint. Even though Kevin’s been in stellar form lately, he might struggle to contain Bosh if Bosh can actually find his stroke at the free-throw line, which has been shaky recently.

Kevin Garnett over 15.5 @ 1.85
4/10

Like I was saying above, KG has been on fire since Allen moved to the bench. He’s taking more shots and, predictably, he dominates Bosh whenever they face off. Miami is honestly one of the tougher teams to deal with inside, especially at the center and power forward spots since their depth there is pretty weak. Because of that, I’m leaning toward the Celtics attacking the glass and feeding Kevin more often than usual to secure the win.

Parlay #1
2/10
KG over 15.5 @ 1.85
Bosh under 17.5 @ 1.85
Chicago Bulls -9.5 (2-way) @ 1.85
@6.33

Parlay #2
1/10

Paul Pierce over 18.5 @ 1.85
Melo over 25.5 @ 1.85
Jamison over 18.5 @ 1.85
LeBron James over 27.5 @ 1.85
@11.71

Paul Pierce is in great shape and always plays with extra grit against Miami. Same goes for LeBron—he’s been playing solid lately, and that rivalry with the Celtics definitely provides some extra motivation. As for the Cavs, they’re playing without Kyrie, so they’ll probably lean more on Jamison. And Melo is rolling right now; he doesn't have Lin or Stoudemire to contend with against the Bulls, and after dropping 43 on them last time, I could easily see him hitting at least 26 tonight.

Adding one more
Deng over 15.5 @ 1.85
5/10

Rose might not even suit up, and even if he does, the Knicks have one of the stingiest defenses in the league. Deng always seems to produce well at MSG, and if Rose isn't there to soak up all the shots, Deng should get his opportunities.

Lawrence Castillo76, why do you think being a gambler is basically hitting rock bottom? 😕

Deng over 15.5 at 1.85
5/10

It’s unlikely Rose will suit up, but even if he does, Kicks has one of the most obnoxious defenses in the league. Deng usually performs well at Madison Square Garden and if Rose isn't there, it just means more shots for him.

I’m completely on board with the Luol pick. Honestly, after reading stormyseal9's breakdown and doing some of my own mental gymnastics, I’m taking that pair regardless of whether Rose plays or decides to hog the ball from everyone else.

Hey wiredcanyon39, just a heads-up—this game is being played in Chicago, not New York. I hope that doesn't change your take on this duo.

P.S. I tried copying a play from Lin last night for the first time, and let me tell you, you can't escape the curse: "May you ever be cursed with someone copying your picks!"

That's because their offer is a total disaster—everything about it is just way too high. $67 Man, they’re treating my authorization like I just dropped ten grand on them. I swear, every time I try to pay online, what shows up on the receipt is totally different from what I actually clicked—and there isn't even a warning pop-up or anything. Seriously, if they didn't have those pathetic slot machines and poker tables that people keep throwing money at, they would've had this fixed ages ago.

And another thing—why on earth is the game in Chicago starting at 4:00 PM? I swear, I've never seen anything like it in my life.

Hey wiredcanyon39, just a heads-up—the game is happening in Chicago today, not New York. I really hope that doesn't mess with your take on this pair.

P.S. So, I tried copying one of Lin's plays for the first time last night and man, you just can't escape the curse... "May you ever be cursed with copying vm007's picks!" lol.

Man, my brain is a total mess right now, sorry—two matchups in such a short window really threw me off.😁
The pick actually looks even stronger since they're playing at home. At the end of the day, the core of this bet is basically how terrible the Knicks' defense is, plus there's the whole question mark surrounding Rose; even if he does suit up, he might not even get many shots off.

The only thing that makes sense is if they're airing it on a major national network right after the Miami vs. Boston game.

[Sorry for the late analysis, I didn't get a chance to post earlier]

The race for the playoff spots is really heating up, and the defensive intensity is definitely ramping up. I’m expecting a gritty, playoff-style atmosphere tonight. I've mentioned before how much the Grizzlies have been clicking lately, especially with Ja playing such high-level basketball. As I suspected, Marc's individual numbers have dipped now that the Memphis roster has fully coalesced. Even though Kristaps Porzingis might be out tonight, it shouldn't affect this specific bet. With Ja back in the mix, he's stabilized the team's identity; even coming off the bench, he remains the primary engine for shot distribution. Then you've got guys like Speights stepping in at the 4 and 5 spots, plus Cunningham, and maybe even Haddad if he sees any action. It's clear they have plenty of depth in the paint, and when you factor in their aggressive perimeter shooting, it makes perfect sense why Marc's scoring has taken a backseat. Tonight, he's facing a matchup against someone like Zion, who can lock down defensively—though that depends on his mood, since he can be a bit unpredictable. Given the intense atmosphere and the tough defense expected, I think the line is a bit too high, especially considering Marc's recent dip in production. Against the Clippers this season, Marc has only managed 12 points across two games. That's probably a better indicator given the current lineups. I always enjoy tracking players who are in a bit of a slump, particularly when other team dynamics start working against their seasonal averages.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, Randolph had a bit of a rough one today, but he should be fine. I think he actually took more of a hit in that Honda accident than anyone expected. 😁
