Listen, ladies, I thought I’d jump in here and share a quick update...🙂 I had my consultation this past Saturday with Dr. Raguž at the Holy Spirit clinic, and honestly, I am beyond thrilled with how it went. 😍 He spent about ten minutes doing the actual exam, asking all the right questions, and then we spent another ten minutes just chatting about my vision for the nose. He showed me several before-and-after photos, and I really respect his approach. Every single nose looked perfectly integrated with the face—like they were custom-built for those specific features. That’s exactly what I’m looking for; I can't stand those tiny, pinched-looking noses that look like they were stamped out of a mold. 😁
What impressed me most, though, was seeing the recovery shots. The patients photographed nine days post-op didn't have any dark bruising under their eyes—just a little bit of swelling. It’s a huge relief to know I won't be hiding indoors for two months because I'm too self-conscious to face the public. 🤣
As it turns out, I have a severe septal deviation along with some kyphosis caused by a childhood injury where I broke my nose. The doctor actually made a joke about how he doesn't even know how I manage to breathe at all... 😁
Anyway, the doctor is fantastic—young, approachable, and easy to talk to—and the nursing staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. So, the plan is to meet with him again on May 31st to get the full list of required tests, and the surgery itself is scheduled for July 8th. That's the latest from my end...😉

Also, sending lots of love and a massive thank you to placidcobra84, because she was the one who recommended the doctor to me. It turns out he is exactly the kind of professional she described...🎉

Hey girls, does Tončić actually know how to do those nice upturned noses? Not like Miss Piggy style, but the kind that gives you that snatched profile look like Angelina Jolie. My nose is super small, my only issue is this bump from a break, and I think an upturned shape would actually look great on me. I have a pretty small face and eyes... I definitely wouldn't go to Glumičić.

Thanks, rustyjackal26, I’m truly glad I could be of some help. 😍 Is there anything quite like the quiet, lingering sensation of a slow afternoon? It makes one wonder if we ever truly stop to appreciate the stillness, doesn't it?

Back on August 30th, I saw Dr. Gudelj at the Holy Spirit clinic. He diagnosed me with a deviated septum. I'm supposed to start getting the necessary tests done over the next few days, then check into the hospital on November 14th. From what I've heard, they usually do the surgery the very next day, but I'm not sure how long they keep you overnight. I've only ever heard good things about Dr. Gudelj, so I'm hoping for the best. If anyone else has been in his care, let me know... any feedback is welcome.

I’ve officially booked my appointment with Kincl for January 7th. I’ve actually had two procedures there already, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. Since I’m living over in Germany, they were incredibly kind—they patiently answered my endless stream of emails and questions 🙂
Once this procedure is wrapped up, I’ll make sure to post some before and after photos for you all.
Good luck to everyone! 🙂

I should be starting the necessary preliminary tests any day now, and I’m scheduled to check into the hospital on November 14th. From what I’ve gathered, the surgery usually takes place the very next day, though I haven't a clue how long they expect me to stay for recovery. I’ve heard nothing but glowing praise for Dr. Gudelj, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly. If anyone here has been under his care, I would truly appreciate any insights you might share.

I wasn't personally under his care, but I know plenty of people around me who were absolutely thrilled with him!!

So, I’m finally jumping into this thread! About three years ago, I went in for an exam at the Holy Spirit hospital where they found a deviation, and they actually scheduled me for surgery in about eight months... but then, life happened, and I ended up getting pregnant in the meantime...
Now, in two weeks, I’m headed over to Vinogradski for a checkup with Dr. Grgica, so I guess we'll just see what he has to say about everything!
I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience working with him? I originally wanted to go see Dr. Kalodjer, but some people at the hospital suggested that Dr. Grgica might actually be the better bet for me.
Feel free to just send me a private message if that's easier 🙂

I had my septum repaired once. Spent five days in the hospital.

Thanks for the info 😉

What kind of trouble did you have with the deviation? Is everything better now? For me, both nostrils sometimes work at 50% capacity or less... sometimes I breathe better through one than the other (the second one is almost completely blocked), and most of the time they just swap sides during the day. There are days when I can only breathe through my mouth. And my sense of smell has been weakened for years now...

Hey 🙂
I’ve been scrolling through this whole thread and doing some deep diving on most of the doctors being mentioned... and I think I finally realized something 🤦.. I found the catch!
Mostly, the before and after photos are just showing narrow noses or slight tweaks, right? And honestly, it feels like that's the vibe here on the forum too. I haven't actually seen a single before/after photo of someone with a truly massive, wide nose and big nostrils.
The only thing I stumbled upon was this on a clinic's site
I don't know if it's just me or if I'm totally missing something, but what they did for that ninth girl—or rather, what they *didn't* do—is 😲. To me, it looks like her nose actually ended up looking even bigger! 😬

Sadly, it feels like we've already established that no doctor around here is particularly skilled when it comes to shaping a nose, and honestly, all those photos you see online are just pulled straight from their professional portfolios.

Just joined the forum and I’ve been scrolling through everything—all your stories, the praise, the bashing of the doctor... honestly, just like most new girls here, I’m coming at you with the exact same question! WHO DO I GO TO FOR A NEW NOSE??🙂 I saw a photo of the nose I've been dreaming about on Glumičić's website, and oh my god, it is absolutely stunning, but there isn't a single shot of the actual face 😕 So, I reached out to Glumičić's office once to ask if you could get breast implants and a rhinoplasty done at the same time. They told me it was doable since they're both procedures, but said the same doctor doesn't handle both. When I asked who does what, they basically said Glumičić does the breasts and Pocket does the nose. Now I'm totally lost :/ I actually had a consultation with Glumičić five years ago, but thanks to some terrible luck, I never made it to the surgery. And by the way, I went in for that consultation and they basically kicked me out within three minutes. Just a quick, "thanks but no thanks" and I was gone. It seems like a lot of you are rooting for a "natural" look, but honestly? Maybe because of my own massive complexes, I want mine as small as possible 🙂 Does anyone have any leads on where else I could get a nose like that? pleeeeeeease anyone???😍

I was actually scrolling through photos online when I stumbled upon this nose job done by Glumičić. It’s that girl wearing the white one-shoulder tee. Darker hair, wearing earrings. Honestly, I almost became obsessed with the photo. To me, that nose is perfection. But out of everything on his website, that’s the only one that really caught my eye. I went straight to Kincl 🙂 and told them, "That is exactly what I want." I have my appointment scheduled for January.
Well, you’ll have to decide which surgeon to go with on your own. My advice? Go see someone else for a consultation too. There is absolutely no way I’d let someone operate on me if they tried to rush me out the door in three minutes flat. I’ve had two procedures with Kincl, and both consultations lasted well over half an hour because, frankly, I didn't understand half of what was being said. Regardless, I couldn't be happier. They answered every single one of my emails. Plus, a girl from the forum sent me some photos—she was right on the verge of getting her nose done with him. She looks fantastic.
But look, the choice has to be yours. Get a few consultations under your belt and study the before-and-after shots. And hey, you aren't buying the t-shirt just yet 🙂

And don't even think about trying to tackle both surgeries at once—you'll definitely regret it 🙂
Man, just thinking back to 🙂

Yeah, exactly that girl from the photo of Glumičić 🙂 He’s gorgeous. As for my boobs... I gave up on that. At least for now. Fine, I'll keep my figure tight just to keep you happy this time, and obviously we're waiting on that report, don't you dare forget me 😍

I’ll just focus on keeping my figure in shape so you stay happy this time around. And naturally, we’re all waiting on that report—don't you dare forget about me. 😍

I won't, don't you worry about it. 🙂
I specifically mentioned posting before-and-after photos. I honestly have no idea why nobody seems willing to share theirs. They could have at least snapped a quick shot of just their nose.

I said I'd post before and after photos. I have no idea why nobody wants to do it. They could've at least just snapped a photo of the nose...

thanks M🙂
