How to read AIDA64 Extreme results?

I just finished running some tests in AIDA64, and I’m looking for an expert opinion on what I'm seeing here. I'm trying to figure out what counts as dangerous versus what's just totally normal, since I don't quite wrap my head around these specific results yet.

From what I can tell, he ran a 37-minute stress test right before this—so it’s pretty much expected that temperatures would spike, especially if he's just running the stock cooler that came with the CPU...
