Right-click menu issues on desktop

So, I’ve run into this strange little glitch—whenever I try to right-click, the context menu just refuses to pop up. It’s not showing me any of the standard options at all. The only way I can actually see the list is if I manually hover my cursor over the area where the menu is supposed to appear, and even then, it only triggers once I reach those first few items. I’m attaching a screenshot here to show you what happens when I click and nothing shows up, but then I move the mouse over to those top five fields and it finally appears.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?
