The Killers had a killer start, but they eventually drifted into that indie sound.

Rustymason92, I honestly don't think you have any idea what you're actually looking for here....🤣
Perhaps it would be best if you returned to listening to music from the 60s through the 90s, since there is plenty of that left for you to enjoy....😁

Honestly, indie music was the single best thing to ever happen to the rock genre! 🙂

They say "there's no accounting for taste," but I beg to differ—here is a little 🤦 😁

@Škugor — give these a listen:

If any of these actually resonate with you, let me know and I’ll shoot over some download links via DM.

Look, if you’re thinking of indie as some niche college rock thing, yeah, it can be a total drag. But technically speaking—if we're talking strictly about industry terms—indie is just anything that isn't deep underground or massive mainstream commercial stuff. Heh.

Ladies and gentlemen, we really can't be having this kind of conversation if none of you have even bothered to listen to a single Radiohead track. Honestly! 😁

Foo Fighters, White Stripes, Garbage...
But honestly, like someone else already pointed out, maybe it’s just better to skip the new stuff if indie isn't really your vibe. I bet there are tons of classic bands out there you haven't even discovered yet.😉

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImbW-p4c4gQ&ob=av2n 🙂It’s honestly ridiculous.

And all that other nonsense too.
