Physical Therapy Recommendations?

Hey there.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good physical therapist in Cleveland? I’ve dealt with mild hemiparesis since birth, and honestly, I didn't exactly go all-out on rehab when I was a kid.
I spent a little time at a clinic in Santa Monica once, but that was over a decade ago. I have no clue what the current landscape looks like or where people actually go these days.

Maybe something near Santa Monica? A major hospital? Or maybe somewhere in Pittsburgh?

Money is tight right now, so I'm really looking to avoid private clinics if I can help it.

I am looking for an "affordable" physical therapist in Washington, D.C. (for my mother's herniated disc). I need someone you know is actually competent, specifically offering treatments involving electrical stimulation, magnetic therapy, and similar methods.
By "affordable," I mean a rate under $133/hour.

Does anyone know what the typical out-of-pocket cost is for physical therapy if I don't have supplemental health insurance? I’m assuming I’ll need at least 10 sessions to really address these issues with my cervical spine and lower back.

$8.25 Last year, we were paying out of pocket for physical therapy every single day because we didn't have supplemental health insurance.
Since Astralis is in with the provider, and if my mom has her standard health insurance, this therapist Čop likely has a contract that covers everything, so there probably won't be any extra costs.
Honestly, all the pros use the exact same stuff—magnet therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound. It’s all pretty much identical across the board. You just turn on the current or the magnet, run the ultrasound over the area being treated, and that's basically it.
