Bandages and medical tape recommendations?

Does anyone know the name of those tiny adhesive strips they use to hold a wound together instead of getting stitches? Like, when you need the skin to stay closed? And can I actually pick them up at a local CVS?

They go by Steri-Strip or Micropore. Depending on how many you get in a single pack, you're looking at about $4 to $3.25 per box.
