Look, everything has already been said in the previous threads, but I’ll just reiterate this so you don't waste any more time: please, just go see a doctor. Using excuses like "my doctor is a family friend," or complaining about having to order an appointment, waiting around, catching a bus, or the sheer mileage involved—none of that is a valid reason to skip the medical care you clearly need. I suspect—and I could be wrong here—that maybe you’re just terrified that once they run the tests, they’ll actually find what you’ve been using, and then your family physician—who happens to be a friend—will have to break the news to your parents. It’s a mess. Just be honest about your symptoms when you talk to the doctor; your mom doesn't necessarily need to know the full story, or you could always just tell her it's something "routine" related to your daily routine.
