Looking for recommendations for an MP3/MP4 player?

After that, I wasted money on some cheap junk that barely lasted a year. Now, I’m looking for advice on what to buy. I want quality without breaking the bank—something akin to a Nokia in the smartphone world 😁:

"Too expensive" is such a subjective term, isn't it? It really all comes down to what you value—how much are you actually willing to shell out? Beyond that, how much memory are we talking about here? Do you need enough to run a small server farm, or just enough to get through the day?

I reckon 1 GB would be plenty—it’s strictly for music while I'm walking or traveling. I’m prepared to pay up to $167, depending on the market. My main goal is longevity; I want something that lasts years, not some cheap gadget that dies after twelve months. I'm looking for something reliable and solid without being an overpriced 🤣—though I realize I might be asking for too much 😁

AS FOR $167 just grab yourself a Sony's, because honestly, you can't really go wrong with that choice.
