They say there’s no such thing as a free lunch, so I guess that goes for free medical checkups too, right? 🙂 I’ve been scouring the internet and even this forum, but I can't find a single thing about this specific setup. What's the deal here... just some random phone call out of nowhere hitting me right in the gut, offering this "free" preventative screening right at my front door—supposedly for heart disease, cancer, all that good stuff—using these fancy specialized machines. Does anyone actually know what's going on? Look, I'm not exactly naive, so I'm assuming this little "checkup" is just a Trojan horse to pitch a bunch of services or products that definitely aren't free. Or maybe it's something even sketchier, like a full-blown scam? Or...?
