Drink plenty of tea; green tea is the gold standard. It’s not exactly the most pleasant flavor, but it works best. You need lots of onions, garlic, and radishes—radishes are the best, honestly. I used to eat five to ten of them every single day since we grew them ourselves back home, so they were fresh and organic. My skin looked better because of it; I actually looked healthy and vibrant. Don't buy your produce at a supermarket. Go to a local farmers market instead and pick out things that are grown locally without pesticides. Supermarket produce is nothing but pure poison loaded with toxins. Avoid greasy junk like burgers or pastries for an entire week, drink more water, and that’s it. A week is enough to flush out the toxins. Also, cilantro is excellent for detoxing the body.

Based on all the actual science—or rather, the data I've gone out and dug up—this whole "detox" thing is nothing more than pure mythology. Your body is already running its own detox protocols 24/7, perfectly synced up with your biological clock. There aren't really any "magic" ways to jumpstart that process... it just happens.
From what I’ve seen firsthand, though, if you’ve been eating way too much salty junk, you can flush out a massive amount of that water weight in about three days just by staying hydrated—provided you actually stop eating the salt during that window. It's that classic illusion where you genuinely think you've lost weight 😁

Look, your liver and kidneys are already doing all the heavy lifting to keep your body clean. Everything else—those overpriced juices, herbal teas, protein shakes, trendy cleanses, even those weird enemas—is just a massive cash grab targeting people who don't know any better. It’s not even a legitimate alternative therapy because if it actually worked, it would be integrated into mainstream medicine. This whole "detox" craze is a total scam. Your liver and kidneys are absolute rockstars at what they do. If you have healthy organs, you don't need some magic potion unless you've gone overboard with drugs or alcohol, in which case you should be heading straight to an ER for a stomach pump or maybe even dialysis in serious cases.
If your goal is to have a "clean" body, just make sure your kidneys and liver are actually functioning properly (honestly, if you're worried, just go to a clinic like Mayo Clinic, get a full blood panel, and a urine test). Don't overindulge in anything, because toxicity is strictly about dosage—even water can kill you if you drink way too much of it. And just try to stay active.
Whatever you do, do NOT try fasting for 24 hours or more where you're living on nothing but water and similar stuff. You'll basically send your body into shock, making it fight for survival because it thinks food is scarce. You'll end up tanking your metabolism, which does you a huge disservice because once you start eating normally again, your body burns calories way slower, making it much harder to lose weight.
I really wish people wouldn't fall for every single thing they read on random wellness blogs, and instead based their lifestyle choices on actual, proven scientific facts.

Sandra Johnson78 said:Your liver and kidneys do all the heavy lifting when it comes to cleaning out your system. Everything else—those trendy juices, teas, protein shakes, "cleanses," even those ridiculous colonics—is just a way for scammers to squeeze money out of people who don't know any better. It's not even an alternative therapy... because an actual alternative would have the potential to become mainstream medicine. This whole "detox" craze is a total scam. Your liver and kidneys handle the detox, and they’re damn good at it. If you have healthy organs, you don't need some magic potion unless you've overdosed on drugs or booze—and in those cases, you head straight to the ER for a stomach pump or, in extreme scenarios, dialysis.
If you actually want a "clean" body, just make sure your kidneys and liver are doing their jobs—you can check that by getting a full blood panel and a urinalysis from your doctor—don't overindulge in anything (because a toxin is only toxic based on dosage, and honestly, too much water can kill you just as easily), and try to stay active.
And for heaven's sake, do NOT go fasting for 24 hours or more on nothing but water and junk; you'll just shock your system, making your body think it's starving, which triggers a survival mode. You end up tanking your metabolism, which does you zero favors since your body will burn calories incredibly slowly every time you finally eat again, making weight loss a nightmare.
I really wish people wouldn't swallow everything they read on random wellness blogs, and instead based their lifestyle choices on actual, proven facts—you know, science.

Well then, I guess I should thank you for agreeing that there's a massive amount of truth in what you wrote.
