Interesting stuff... 🍿

This qualifying outcome for Alonso is actually looking pretty solid 😁

Definitely better than if they had all finished in that exact order with Hulk sitting right in front of those four

Not that I’m complaining—I’m totally rooting for that to happen
I'm pulling for Vettel too; he’s basically Alonso's biggest ally during these two races 😍

If by some miracle the standings end up looking like this, Alonso will have enough...
1. Vettel, 2. Webber, 3. Hamilton, 4. Alonso
...to clinch the championship

Even though Alonso has the points lead, I wouldn't call him the absolute number one favorite to take the title. Webber has such a faster car that Alonso's modest advantage could vanish in a heartbeat... honestly, their chances feel pretty much even
That makes Vettel the key player here; he can tip the scales either way. If he plays wingman to Webber and acts as the second Red Bull driver in Brazil or Abu Dhabi, he hands the title to Webber. If not, then Alonso stands a much better shot

It’s great news for Hulk that Vettel is sitting right there in second. It gives him the best possible shot at a win, even if the Williams just isn't as fast as the rest. We all know how "talented" Vettel is at overtaking people on track, right? So, if they both nail the start and hold their positions through the first lap, Vettel becomes this perfect buffer for Hulk, keeping him separated from the trio that could catch him. We might just see a decent little Hulk train running all the way until the pit stops. With a bit of luck in the pits, Hulk could actually pull off the win, though let's be real—it's a long shot to stay ahead of everyone through the stops. The gaps will be tiny, so Webber, Hamilton, or even Alonso could swoop in for the win... but hey, we'll just have to wait and see how it all shakes out 😁

Come on, man... we're all just sitting here waiting for you like it's the Fourth of July. 🍿

mistybear87, you can't possibly be a fan of Vettel.😍 Just so we're clear, you should probably just ban anyone who ever dares to talk trash about him from now on.😬

mistybear87... start putting more damn breathalyzers at the entrance to this subforum. 🤣

What’s even wilder? One of those witches texted me asking for the results, and when I told her I wasn't even checking them myself, she went and recruited another witch to help her out.
In the end, I somehow ended up getting the results from both of them, even though I never asked for anything 🤣🤣🤣 😍

And what if I did? Would I just be expected to stay in bed instead of hanging out here chatting? 😬

shadowtinker29 said:You’re being a bit contrary here... Hulkenberg was really the only one who seemed to have a proper wet-weather setup. 😁

The tires were absolutely everything in Q3, and if you look at why Hulk managed to get them up to temperature faster than anyone else, the conclusion seems pretty obvious, doesn't it?

But then again, maybe I'm wrong. 😁

I’m giving Hulkenberg about as much hope of escaping a federal indictment as I would give Sanader trying to dodge a prison sentence, though I suspect the real winner here will be Vettel—it feels like the current trend in F1 is just handing the trophy to a different driver every single year anyway. ☕

Maybe Jenson Button’s thoughts on the current state of things are worth a look. I guess we'll see if his perspective holds much weight. 😬

Gumbek could've handled that with a lot more class.☕

Oh sure, because saving gas is exactly what we need right now at the worst possible moment.😳

These guys would just zip right past him and wouldn't have a clue what actually happened.🤣

It reminds me of that situation with Coulthard, where he dealt with that whole mess on the plane just days before a race, only to end up struggling on the track itself. 🙏

He’s just one of those unpredictable characters. 🙏
