So, I was out for a stroll through downtown last night when I noticed this bruise sitting right on my shin, just above the bone, maybe about an inch wide—it looked like I’d taken a massive hit to the leg, but honestly, I don't remember bumping into anything at all. Right in the middle of the bruise, there was this little red dot, almost like I’d been bit by some huge mosquito, though there wasn't any actual bite mark to speak of, and the whole area felt pretty swollen. It didn't really itch or hurt much, just felt tender if I touched it, so I figured I'd just slather some Arnica cream on it before bed, but when I woke up this morning, the bruise had turned bright red and that little center spot looks almost white now, with no obvious swelling at the surface, yet it's still super sore to the touch. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on here? 🤷
