Anyone know of any good software?

Don't bother with those literal translations. Once you get used to reading in English, you'll realize half the translated stuff just doesn't make any sense.

Honestly, finding a high-quality program that’s fully localized in American English can be a bit of a scavenger hunt—it's tough! But, if you're looking for something solid, I have a great little link for you for some free photo processing software. Now, don't get me wrong—it isn't quite on the same level as Adobe Photoshop or those other big-name commercial suites—but it is actually pretty decent and remarkably easy to pick up!

Thanks for the responses. I know my way around a few programs, but I actually need to help a friend with some shaving a mustache, haha. It sounds ridiculous, but if anyone knows a specific tool for this, it would be a huge help. I owe you one!

Does anyone have an answer?

I'm totally with you on this—there's nothing worse than opening a program and seeing ridiculous terms like "glue," "unglue," "fire extinguisher," or "network switchover"... it just feels so off.
Seriously though, like 99% of everything tech-related is in English anyway! Once you pick up the basics—stuff like copy, paste, edit, save as—you're basically set for any software out there!

This is the quickest way I could think of! Just download the GNU Image Manipulation Program and grab the clone tool...
My video work is a little messy, but you'll get the idea:
In the toolbox, pick the clone tool and click on the area just above the mustache while holding down the left Ctrl key. That Ctrl key is what lets you grab the sample to cover the spot. Once you've got your sample, just brush it over the hair. Here’s my quick attempt at shaving a mustache
