Scaphoid fracture: Recovery and advice?

I took a nasty spill on my bike and landed right on my left palm 😢 I went in for some X-rays and they diagnosed a scaphoid fracture—thankfully it’s non-displaced. The plan is seven days in a splint followed by a cast for about eight weeks

I’ve been doing a little digging online, and honestly, the sheer volume of information is overwhelming. It sounds like a pretty complicated break... Has anyone here actually dealt with this personally? I’d love to hear some real-world experiences

There isn't much to worry about here, but as long as there's no dislocation and your hand function remains normal, you should be fine...
