I need some honest feedback here. What are your actual impressions of shockwave therapy? Any specific hurdles or benefits people have seen? I’ve got this calcification in my shoulder, and honestly... I’ve done three sessions now and haven't felt a damn thing. Not even close. To make matters worse, I just feel weird. Like I’m constantly walking around in a fog or slightly lightheaded... it's not a great feeling. I started this whole process about four weeks ago, and the pain in my shoulder is exactly where it was before we started. Anyone else dealt with this? What was your experience like?

Hey, I dealt with plantar fasciitis using shockwave therapy. Since things were pretty inflamed, the treatment was brutal... but after six months, I’m finally seeing some progress.

A friend of mine tried UV therapy and felt better after a few months too.

So yeah, take it slow. It doesn't happen overnight.

Yeah, obviously it hurts, but my real concern is that this entire month I've felt like I was tossed around in a damn centrifuge. My shoulder is the issue, but I have a bad cervical spine, and now I'm wondering if this therapy actually made things worse... since my neck is barely ten centimeters away from where they're treating my shoulder.

A colleague of mine underwent the exact same course of therapy for shoulder calcification, and she experienced steady improvement without any side effects whatsoever. It is my belief that sensations such as spatial disorientation or dizziness might actually stem from issues within the cervical spine rather than the shoulder itself.

He went right after it.
Aside from some soreness during those first few treatments, I didn't really deal with any other side effects.
The same calcification issue
But even after just a couple of months, things started looking up.

So, I’ve already knocked out two rounds of physical therapy and I still have one more to go—dealing with this whole plantar fasciitis nightmare. Honestly? It hurts like hell.
I’m also just sitting here wondering when things are actually going to start getting better, you know?

For those of you dealing with plantar fasciitis, how many sessions did it actually take for you to feel some relief?

So, I’m completely lost here. Went in for an X-ray and they said there aren't even any calcifications, yet the pain is still killing me. Now the orthopedist is telling me it's just bursitis! When is this ever going to end?...
