If you go making a second account just because this one's sitting at 95 active points, there’s a massive chance the mods will catch on—and they definitely won't let you farm points through two different accounts just to dodge a ban 😉

If I swap this account over to a different email address to free up the first one, will I be able to register then?

You can. Just swap the email on your current account and make sure you confirm it—otherwise, it’s a waste of time. Once that's done, you're good to go.

I would simply suggest following what Rachel Brooks63 said; it might be best to just wait until your points expire. If they catch wind of what you are doing, there could be some serious trouble. 😁

And honestly—don't sweat those warnings about getting busted. Seriously, the odds of them actually catching you are about the same as a comet hitting us and wiping out humanity before we even finish reading The New York Times. As long as you aren't using room-temperature IQ here, you'll be just fine.
