Should Dr. Vito's partial ban from Politics be lifted?

So, a tiny fraction of the folks over on the Politics board have realized that our very first Chairman of Forum HR, Dr. Vito Dugonog, actually picked up a partial ban over there. Meanwhile, the vast majority of you guys here haven't the slightest clue who he even is. I’d love to hear from anyone who actually knows him—do you think Dr. Vito Dugonog should have that partial ban lifted?
Now, let me be clear: I am absolutely not trying to lean on the administration 😍 (look, a little brown-nosing is necessary; I remember when ZgSash handed me a red card just for the tiniest bit of trolling), but this poll is meant to serve as a reference point if lifting a partial ban is ever even considered.
I fully realize that getting a partial ban overturned is an uphill battle. But, in my humble opinion, Dr. Vito Dugonog is such a legendary troll that he belongs right on the edge of the Politics section—that’s clearly the element in which he thrives best.
I should also mention that Dr. Vito Dugonog is my absolute ideological nemesis. Truly. Yet, I can't help but feel that the wild side of Politics lost a bit of its charm once the administrative boot came down on such a high-level troll.
My formal request to the admin team is to please take this poll into account if you ever decide to lift Dr. Vito Dugonog's partial ban from the Politics board.

I honestly feel it’s an absolute disgrace—and frankly quite humiliating for Vito—that one single troll is the one demanding his ban be lifted. What’s even more heartbreaking, though, is that this same troll actually has the nerve to call the brilliant and level-headed Vito a "megatroll."
