Greetings to everyone, I have a quick question.
So, I just had my physical, and everything came back great—except for slightly elevated protein levels in my kidneys. I'm wondering what that actually means, if it’s cause for concern, and whether there are dietary changes I could make to address it...
Also, I'm not sure if this is related or if I'm just overthinking things, but I feel like my urine has been a bit more acidic lately, and I've been needing to use the restroom more frequently—though the volume per trip seems smaller.

Anyway, thanks to all the doctors out there!😉

Exactly how high are we talking? And are you dealing with any pain or burning when you go? Frequent trips to the bathroom for just tiny amounts is a classic sign of a UTI. Also, protein levels can spike because of an infection, but honestly, it could be a dozen other things too. It’s probably best to check in with your doctor, get the labs redone, and figure out a real game plan.
