I see The Killers on the schedule and I’m like, okay, fine, let's go. I mean, I dig what they do sometimes, even if I won't lie and say they actually have anything good out there. I start getting ready, maybe check the news, and then I see "The Killers canceled." That's it. My plans are ruined. I just turn on the AC and go back to sleep.

I could've gone to see The Postal Service at least.

The Postal Service was solid. Too bad about The Killers, but honestly, this year might actually bring something worth hearing.

Top 5 for rock fans, though I doubt even the punks could find a reason to complain. But for those of us looking for something a bit heavier, Cleveland has become a wasteland.
Personally, I’m just dreaming of seeing Type O Negative, Moonspell, or Seraphim Schock play at Madison Square Garden. Just Wishful Thinking.☕

It’s all gone downhill.

1. Ever since these events started pulling in at least 500 people, you can't even grab a drink properly because the line at the bar never moves.

2. Ever since there are more people dressed normally than people actually following the theme. It feels wrong listening to nineties hits—or any era, really—if you aren't dressed the part. It feels kind of pretentious to pretend you're into the vibe when you look like an idiot.

On a side note, I am genuinely curious what they could have possibly seen at that Metal Bend Ever party in Whoville.
