Hey everyone,
So, I recently had Windows 7 installed on my laptop, and ever since then, I've been dealing with constant Blue Screen of Death errors or just having my programs crash out of nowhere (usually Chrome or BS Player). I ended up ditching the OS because, honestly, I couldn't get used to it, and I was hoping that maybe the stability issues would vanish with the change—but nope, they stayed right along for the ride. At this point, I’m starting to suspect it's actually a hardware issue. I've been doing some late-night reading online, and it sounds like it might be a RAM problem, but let's be real: I don't know nearly enough about computer internals to actually wrap my head around it. Could someone help me out? Even if you could just suggest a way for me to figure out what's actually broken so I know what to tell the repair shop when I take it in, that would be huge.
Thanks a million,
