A quick question about cocktails

Hey there, hope everyone's having a good one...

I was scrolling through some stuff online the other day and stumbled upon a mention of mixing vodka with juice and something else—I think they called it a rum coke? Apparently, the idea is that the alcohol becomes almost undetectable while you're drinking it, but it still hits you just as hard later on. I'm trying to recall if I actually got that right, or if I'm totally misremembering how those two drinks work together. Any takers who can clear this up for me?

I haven't heard of them, though I certainly hope you aren't referring to those two you mentioned earlier. This feels like something related to 🤮. 😁

It isn't 🤣🤣. However, making a cocktail doesn't mean just mixing two pre-made drinks together 😁

Hey, if you pour more juice in, you can't taste the alcohol as much. Then you end up drinking more... 😁 A vodka soda is fine, I guess. 😁

Of course it isn't the same. But it's decent enough. And there's no way any real lowlifes would touch it... 😁 Still, it could be pretty entertaining to trick people into drinking stuff like this. 😍

Mix some Jack Daniel's with Red Bull; you won't even taste the whiskey, but later on... 😁

Just squeeze some fresh lemon juice into your vodka... seriously, it's killer for shots—people call it "lemon drop vodka" or whatever. Highly recommend it😉.

Apparently, if you mix them a certain way, you don't even taste the booze while you're drinking it, but man, does it hit you later. I can't quite remember if I got that right, though. Why make it complicated? Just inject the vodka straight into your veins and you won't feel the alcohol at all. No hands, no feet, nothing.

You don't even taste the alcohol because it just vanishes into thin air, but after a few rounds, man, it hits you like a freight train. 😬
Though, I suppose that probably isn't quite what the author had in mind...🤔

So, I managed to dig this up... it was originally over on that old forum from back in the day... they upgraded the site and all the old posts just vanished into thin air... I only managed to find a snippet of this specific thread through a Google search...
