Can they see my home address, or is it limited to just an email?

I can see everything that was entered during sign-up—like the email address—and whatever else is tucked away in the profile settings, provided there isn't a privacy block on the email.

...Definitely an IP address. You could track down your computer's location through it, too. But honestly, I suspect you’d need some kind of legal authorization or a warrant from the authorities to actually pull that off.

I would simply point out that locating someone through an IP address is only possible if you work directly with an internet service provider; they would need both the specific connection timestamp and the exact IP used, especially considering how dynamic IP addresses were back when older posts were made.

I can't tell you how much the moderators actually care about our data. People are losing sleep over this obsession with privacy, thinking everyone is dying to know their business. Honestly, look at some of the questions being asked here.

Your info doesn't interest anyone. Nobody is watching you or stressing over it. Clearly, you don't understand site traffic or user stats. Sleep easy; you aren't some high-profile target Interpol is hunting down. The mods have better things to do—like monitoring the nonsense users post to stay out of legal trouble—than obsessing over data that’s mostly fake anyway.

Second point: if someone gets slandered and ends up on this site—which happens—and decides to sue the owner, the moderators, and the user whose post wasn't deleted fast enough, they'll get hit with a permanent ban.
