Honestly, these requests for an apartment for four people at $30 or $35 just don't feel real. I get it—everything is getting way too expensive and guests obviously want lower prices—but supply and demand is supply and demand. If someone can snag a place for $50 or $60, why on earth would they settle for $30?
Honestly, I don't even know if places like that exist anymore. Are you guys actually seeing offers at that price point around here? I’m no expert on the local market—and obviously, prices change depending on where you are—but just looking at it from the outside... finding a spot for four people during peak season with parking, Wi-Fi, AC, and beach access for under $50? That sounds pretty much impossible. Or am I totally wrong? 🤷
