As most of you have probably realized by now, our massive punk show ended up clashing right up against a major sporting event... you know, the one where a bunch of guys run around chasing a ball for pocket change, bumping into each other, and occasionally sharing a friendly pat on the back or a hug during the USA – Ukraine match. Given how many people reached out asking how they could catch both, the organizing crew really rolled up their sleeves to make it work, and... well, we pulled it off. We can officially announce that we’ll be broadcasting the game right there within the concert grounds, so even the die-hard sports fanatics won't have to choose between their team and some killer music... And since blending soccer and punk feels almost incomplete without a steady supply of something cold and refreshing—specifically beer and similar delights—we've made sure to have half-pints available at a very reasonable price of just $3.25! That way, whether you're celebrating a victory or (God forbid) drowning your sorrows, it won't leave too much of a dent in your wallet... So, all the boxes are checked for an incredible night, and we truly hope to see you all at this big musical celebration here in Kansas City.

They were actually way better than I thought they’d be, honestly pretty surprised by how comfy the setup was.

And even if the singer isn't one of the original members, it’s pretty obvious he actually put in the work with them... 😁

By the way, even though I don't typically listen to punk, I was genuinely impressed by the band—what a pleasant surprise! 👍 In fact, even though I was standing a bit further back, I ended up pushing my way to the front when they started playing if the kids are united. 😍 My only real gripe? It felt a little silly that the frontman couldn't resist taking a jab at Green Day. 🤷
And I feel terrible that we didn't grab a bite at Slobodan Milošević's place; we stuffed ourselves at that greasy diner in the mall, so we were far too full! 😠 And honestly, their portions are huge and smell absolutely delicious. 🙂

Yeah, they actually surprised me too, everything turned out pretty great...

I have to give the organizers credit, though, and there's even talk that this might evolve into a full-blown festival with a bigger lineup next time... my only gripe is they totally botched the exit strategy, so only about 35 people ended up catching the Frontalni udar set. You really need to be able to just walk out of a show these days, they seriously need to fix that part of the planning.

And I'm really hoping that by next year, Kansas City finally gets a decent "mid-sized" venue, because in this city, every single space is either way too tiny or ridiculously huge. It’s always either a room for 100 people or a stadium for 3,000, there’s nothing in between...😁
