Rise Against

I don't really want to weigh in on whether the band is good or bad since I don't listen to them much, but I did catch their set on MTV back in the day, and I don't recall the singer having such a raspy, strained voice. Just a heads-up if you're planning to catch them live—it might be a bit of a letdown.

Personally, I think his voice sounds great; he isn't missing a thing, and he sounds almost identical live as he does in the studio.🤷

I suspect they'll be heading toward Chicago soon, since things just aren't clicking for them here in America right now.

Some of them really hit the mark for me, while others haven't quite clicked yet—I suppose I'll just have to give them some time to grow on me before I make a final call😁

I just finished listening to Endgame. As I mentioned before, it’s definitely not what we’ve come to expect from them, but I wouldn't call it bad. I really ought to give it a second pass, though it actually landed quite well on my first listen.
It feels somewhat similar to Appeal to reason.

True—it does feel like Appeal to Reason. I don't know, it’s decent enough, much like the last album, and I find myself playing it constantly—but the tracks all start to bleed together after a while. It just doesn't have that same edge anymore.

The new album is solid, though. 👍 It’s not exactly hardcore punk for Drew—more like pop-punk territory—but honestly, who cares? It’s a good listen. 🙂

Killer band. Honestly, The Sufferer & The Witness is my all-time favorite album.
And "The Good Left Undone" is easily their best track.👍

Satellite and Architects are absolutely killing it🙏🙏

Anyone know if they're planning a tour in the States again?
I missed them last year because I was stuck grinding through finals 😠. I really need to catch them live this time.

I actually just started listening to them recently, and honestly, I think 👍 I’ve only caught a few tracks so far, but I went ahead and downloaded their entire discography. I’m getting ready to sit down and listen to every single 😁

One of my favorite bands, honestly. Their new album is decent enough, but "Satellite" is absolutely incredible 😁
